Pioneer Pearl Glaze is a two-pack epoxy resin-based flexible paint formulated to give excellent protection to a wide range of applications. It is designed to protect against saltwater, acid, alkali, fumes, as well as abrasion and weathering. It provides protection to industrial structures, concrete, steel, tanks and exterior walls.

SURFACE PREPARATION

NEW, UNCOATED SUBSTRATE STEEL & WOOD

The surface must be dry, free from oil, grease, rust, loose parties and other contaminants to ensure good adhesion of paint. The surface must be primed with Pioneer Epoxy or Epoxy Primer before application of Pioneer Pearl Glaze.

PREVIOUSLY COATED SUBSTRATE WOOD

Apply Pioneer Epoxy to all dents, nail holes, cracks, crevices and other surfuce imperfections. Sand smooth the surfuce before application of Pioneer Pearl Glaze.
STEEL - Sand or sandblast ares to remove loose and foreign matters. Surface should be thoroughly deaned with solvent before application of Pioneer Pearl Glaze.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Add 1 part Pearl Glaze catalyst to 3 parts Pearl Glaze Epoxy base and mix thoroughly. Let it stand for 30 minutes before application. Prepare sufficient quantity of Epoxy Pearl Glaze Catalyst to cover area required.
Pot-life is 3-4 hours. Always use Pioneer Epoxy Reducer to thin to spray viscosity. Use with Pioneer Pearl Glaze Catalyst.

CAUTION

FLAMMABLE! Keep away from heat and open flame. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid
prolonged contact with skin. Wash hands thoroughly after handling. Keep container lightly covered.
